IntentX is a browser-work agent: an AI assistant that works through your browser and supported connected tools.
You tell it what you need. IntentX helps move the work forward—not only by giving you an answer to read, but by helping you go from a question to an outcome.
Suppose you ask:
What was our revenue this month?
Today, answering that question might mean finding the right dashboard, choosing the right dates, and checking the numbers. When IntentX has access to the relevant supported tools and information, you can ask the question directly and inspect the answer it brings back.
But the answer can be the start of the work, not the end:
Show me the customers who contributed most to that revenue.
Then:
Prepare a summary I can send to the team.
You are no longer clicking through every step yourself. You are describing what you want to accomplish.
That sounds like a small change in language. It is a big change in how work gets done.
Your browser already knows a lot about your work
There is a reason we built IntentX around the browser.
Email is there. Documents are there. Dashboards, internal tools, CRM systems, and project trackers are there. You are already signed into many of them.
The browser has quietly become the front door to working life, but we still operate it much as we did twenty years ago:

Understand the page in front of you
Sometimes IntentX does not need to go looking for information. It is already on the page you are viewing.
You may be staring at a long report and wondering, “What actually matters here?” Or looking at a dashboard and asking, “Why did this number change?” Or reading a page and thinking, “Can you explain this without the jargon?”
IntentX can help you understand the page in context. Useful AI should not always require you to copy information into another window and explain where it came from.
Sometimes the best experience is simply:
Look at this. Tell me what I need to know.
And sometimes an answer isn’t enough
Most AI assistants are good at telling you what to do. IntentX is being built to help you do it.
Imagine asking:
Which new employees joined this week?
IntentX helps find the answer. Then you continue:
Prepare the supported setup actions they need.
Now the conversation has moved from information to action. IntentX can use reliable connected tools where they are available. When appropriate, it can also work through the signed-in browser session you are already using.
The machinery stays underneath. What matters is that the assistant works toward the outcome you requested instead of handing you another set of instructions.
You stay in control
Giving an AI the ability to act creates an obvious responsibility: it should not make every decision for you.
Sending a message is different from drafting one. Changing access is different from explaining how access works. A sensitive action deserves more scrutiny than reading a page.
For sensitive supported actions, IntentX keeps an explicit approval step. It can prepare the work and show you what is about to happen. You decide whether it happens.
The goal is not to remove you from your work. It is to remove unnecessary work without removing your control.
You should be able to ask, “Where did that come from?”
AI answers can sound confident. That does not make them correct.
IntentX is designed to let you inspect the evidence behind a result. If it gives you an answer, you should be able to understand what that answer was based on. If it prepares an action, you should be able to see what it intends to do. When approval is required, you should know exactly what you are approving.
The more useful AI becomes, the less acceptable “just trust me” becomes as an interface.
So what is IntentX?
The simplest explanation is this:

There is sophisticated technology underneath that experience. There should be. But you should not need to understand it to use IntentX.
The complexity belongs underneath. The request belongs to you.

For decades, software has made us learn its way of doing things: which menu, which button, which tab, which field, which dashboard, which setting.
AI gives us an opportunity to reverse that relationship. Instead of constantly learning how software wants us to work, software can begin to understand what we are trying to get done.
